All registered users who receive the official survey invitation email are welcome to participate.
Each user may submit the survey only once during the campaign period.
There are no trading requirements, no volume thresholds, and no additional conditions.
Knowledge Quiz Coverage – 5 Core Areas (22 Questions)
As part of this campaign, participants will complete a 22-question knowledge quiz and feedback survey covering the following five core areas:

- Trading Basics & Market Understanding
- Crypto Fundamentals
- Security & Risk Awareness
- User Experience & Feedback
The quiz is designed to be simple, practical, and easy to complete, focusing on everyday platform usage and basic crypto knowledge.
How to Participate
Participation is simple and takes only a few minutes:

Look for the official BitGW survey invitation email starting July 8, 2024. - Click the survey link in the email
The link will direct you to our secure questionnaire page. - Complete all 22 questions and submit the survey
The survey covers platform usage, basic crypto knowledge, and user experience feedback. - Wait for reward distribution
Airdrop rewards will be distributed after the campaign ends and data review is completed.

All users who complete the survey during the campaign period will receive:

Rewards will be distributed directly to users’ BitGW accounts after the campaign concludes.
